Kubra Ulucan-Altuntas is an environmental engineer and researcher at Istanbul Technical University, working on advanced water and wastewater treatment technologies with particular emphasis on cold atmospheric plasma, membrane processes and advanced oxidation processes. She coordinates Memb-CAP as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow, hosted at the National Membrane Technologies Research Centre (MEM-TEK).
Her work spans more than 40 publications and one patent, built across research positions in Türkiye, Italy and Germany and multiple international fellowships.
